Wearing A Bandana Still Okay?

to pretend ...

No event, Christmas in Chile has become a bad show. By early November looks like a plague of grasshoppers (worthy of the African plain), Christmas and the tsunami of publicity.
Television, radio and newspaper ads fill us to buy gifts, (almost forcing us to buy, "if you buy is a" bad person ").

binge Also important in credit options (to borrow even more) of Father Christmas fat and sweaty, and children opening many happy and useless gifts. Already in November

stores are filled with Christmas decorations, and signs that tell us disguised as "spending the money you asked here on credit."

But we will not buy presents for everyone "loved ones", read: siblings, parents, grandchildren, brothers, nephews, cousins, partners, friends, friends, lovers, neighbors, fathers, co-workers, bosses, etc. ., we have to get along with everyone.

Slowly we sink into the earth shifting of consumption, often buying pure nonsense that no one would serve.

* I'm not saying we should not celebrate this date, especially with our loved ones, but I think we should be more austere.

We should not be taken by this crazy, unbridled consumerism, not by mass hysteria that this conclusion becomes less by the stress which means hurry to go shopping in a mall.

I think a good idea is to make a nice family reunion, give gifts to our loved ones, send Easter cards, go to church (if you're an active Catholic), and most importantly make some social action as example to give something to a needy child, help a charity, giving away food boxes, help the animals abandoned, etc.. ...

The true meaning of Christmas is to do something for those who need it most.

THE ETHICAL WAGE, DOES NOT SOUND VERY AESTHETIC .... CONTRACT OF PROMISE

This blog is not intended to make political commentary, but it seems inevitable to refer the issue of salary ethical, particularly from the point of view of medium and large companies that if they can pay salaries more dignified and decent pay what today.

find it regrettable and shameful that in Chile, a country which claims to be making progress in its social and economic policies (which made us look less to the other countries of the region), see the discussion bogged down in ethical salary.

Some politicians, religious, business and other actors of the Chilean ruling class, have dared to make the "numbers" that there should be ethical salary:

Examples: $ 250,000, $ 216,000, etc.. ...

I find regrettable and shameful these figures, considering that many Chilean businessmen earn huge sums of money, but pay their employees poverty wages. Many businessmen and politicians spent more than $ 250,000 in a single output to eat.

The mere fact of having to deal with this issue is telling us that something is wrong in our society.

is clear that a well paid employee is going to be a most faithful worker, a strong desire to work with the "most fantastic t-shirt" by the company. An employee who receives a living wage is NOT going to risk his stick, knowing that thousands of people awaiting the same opportunity.

I could never understand the business and employers who pay badly, knowing they can afford better.

the end I think they make a bad deal, because they are dissatisfied and unhappy employees, you will find the first opportunity to find a better job or going to work half-machine, which will produce a high turnover of workers the company.

is unfortunate that we have come to discuss this, but it is a truth that no longer breaking point.

Chile is now one of the most expensive countries to live in America, so do not reach $ 250,000 dollars for nothing, especially if you have a family, debts, dreams, etc. ...

Employers should know that their are potential employees, and more employees are partners in the company, and if they are happy it is going to play to give all of you for doing a good job and move forward where they work. Finally

think that rather than making it mandatory (by law) a salary of ethics, should be the employers who are worried about paying the highest salary possible to their employees so that everyone can be part of the boom Chilean business. "

PLEDGE CONTRACT: WHAT IS IT?
When we decide to buy a property (house, Department, Site, Local Commercial), usually the first thing to do is sign a Pledge Agreement. This contract will be signed by both parties: promisor promissory seller and buyer. This instrument is a contract that is intended that the parties agree to enter into a contract in the future.
There are two distinct acts:

1) The Pledge itself.
2) The Contract promised, in this case is a sale of real estate.

The Civil Code regulates the contract in Article No. 1454:

We said: "The Promise of a contract NO produced obligation
, unless the following circumstances:
1) That the promise in writing / Just a private deed, except the deed required by law.
2) The contract promised NO than those which declare ineffective laws / words that are not affected by annulment.

3) That the pledge contains a term or condition set by you Time of the conclusion of the Agreement.

4) That it is specified in the contract so as promised, only to miss perfect the tradition of the thing, or solemnities which the law prescribes.

This agreement creates an obligation to do.
