Symposium on Knowledge Management: Success Stories! INVITATION

innovative Greetings!

This is one of the papers that I love, because it refers to a requirement, an obligation or practice of survival of many organizations, mainly private companies and why not?, public organizations, only that all citizens benefit SOMO for the service to which we owe as public officials. I have as a guiding framework of the knowledge economy and management of human talent in the sense that the training and skills development is one approach that brings the organizational world as a central actor's talents / gifts of the man in reference to performance in behaviors that make it an excellent trababajodor. That is, their successful outcomes are causally related to the demonstration of competence at the highest level.

Just as the success we foresee for this symposium is based on the harmonization of the efforts of the excellent performance of the organization members, managers and teachers of the Centre for Research in Management from Central University of Venezuela, through its director, Dr. Carlos Zavarce.

Then I copy the program and finally, a brief summary of the rationale of the paper with summary caesarean.

SUMMARY OF PAPER:

The analysis of Latin American countries, in this case, Argentina and Venezuela, offers an approach to the opportunities taken advantage of coherence between decisions and actions of policy makers of science and technology. Argentina is a vast country with a population of 40 million inhabitants with a system Science, Technology and Innovation, which looks coordinated and comprehensive. Venezuela, with SNCTI us in the process of reorientation, has been influenced by changes of government and ideology. A strong science and process to approach a relevant science with a focus on broad participation and led to a nascent beginning of a Scientific Mission to the City Innovative and in the process of changing the Law on Science and Technology. Long way to go and show.

Keywords: Theory of the Unit, National Innovation System, Socio-Economic Development.

WITHOUT MY ... POEM

Every second without you my soul is stirred

every second without you travel the
silence

Every second without you hate the weather, time spent

slow without your voice,

Every second without you my
heart longs for you, every second you

long hours,

Every second without you no see, not hear you, I love the silence

if you think you've seen
for,

Every second without you scares me silence
no see,
or have you near me

Every second without you,
are a thousand hours without me. Amisha

words that spring at a time

confessed feeling quiet or in some lines, a role of a feather
sorrows and joys, your love poem

that fills me with joy
when me these,
Poem
your absence

saddens my days without the warmth of your embrace,

Poem silence when they hear your voice
empty feeling,

distance Poem

sometimes necessary but
efforts to implement what the soul enjoys

Poem, poem
simple words between the lines reflected a feeling

female or male is the beating heart. Amisha
