This is one of the papers that I love, because it refers to a requirement, an obligation or practice of survival of many organizations, mainly private companies and why not?, public organizations, only that all citizens benefit SOMO for the service to which we owe as public officials. I have as a guiding framework of the knowledge economy and management of human talent in the sense that the training and skills development is one approach that brings the organizational world as a central actor's talents / gifts of the man in reference to performance in behaviors that make it an excellent trababajodor. SUMMARY PAPER
talent management approach based on technical skills, personal, professional and management has placed the human being with their gifts and talents in the heart of the strategy and Accona of organizations, whether public and private.
